Our nominated custodians are inducted to your site and trained in first line call-out to create a cost effective soklution for urgent re-active issues e.g. access control issues or fence damage.

How it works

  1. We provide an initial consultation free of charge to understand your needs and to agree scope of services (financial, management and operational).
  2. We create an annual service charge summary and budget and jointly agree communications and service scope and specifications.
  3. We provide 24/7 service support and a dedicated customer service manager to support your account.
  4. We manage and deliver agreed services and provide monthly and/or quarterly reporting to ensure quality control and 360 degree feedback.
  5. Our services are invoiced monthly and specialist contractors are managed on your behalf to jointly agreed standards.
