Jo has a former career in leisure facilities management so she has a strong knowledge of facilities services, people and service management and of course – customer service. We understand that being able to work in people’s homes is a privilege granted to few, so Jo works hard to ensure we maintain the trust, satisfaction and confidence of every customer.
Julian has a professional history in property and facilities management and continues to provide consultancy services to major FM companies across Europe. With a genuine passion for character properties, Julian established Castle Acre to provide a professional and approachable property management and maintenance service to a growing customer base.
Enzo loves anything with an engine! He keeps our mowers, equipment, and vehicles in great condition. Enzo is also a good tiler, painter and has great plumbing maintenance & installation skills.
Tomasz is currently studying for a degree in renewable engineering and sustainable technologies. He is very thorough in his work and carries out garden maintenance and landscaping projects for us.
One of our newer recruits, Ross is great at organising, and is fantastically meticulous and logical. Ross has a great work ethic, and loves nothing more than a ride on the mower in the Sussex sunshine!
Rachael is studying for an English Language degree but in her spare time she helps us with gardening and cleaning services (as well as blog writing and veganism). Rachael is very diligent and focused on customer service.
Our most recent addition to the Team, Tim has a background in joinery, carpentry and glazing.
He is keen to develop his skills further with Castle Acre. He’s had enough of London and joining us in beautiful Sussex…well if its good enough for Harry and Meghan..
James has over 30 years experience in property maintenance, renovation and development
He knows everything about….everything actually.
On top of this, he is also a really good decorator ; gardener; fixer; joiner; plumber…you get the picture.
Lubo has great experience in general property maintenance. On top of that, his specialist area lies in fencing and decorating projects.
Lubo is well organised, as well as tidy and professional. We know that everything is left clean and tidy when Lubo is in charge.
Although she doesn’t get her hands dirty doing any gardening or carpentry, Emily is never short of work as our Digital Marketing Guru.
Organising our social media, blogs and designing the website, Emily is there to make sure all our big news gets shared with as many people as possible.
