Julian & Jo Harrison share a passion for period properties and with Julian’s experience in property & facilities management, coupled with Jo’s commitment to customer service we can provide a professional yet approachable solution to home management & maintenance.

With over 20 years’ experience in property & facilities management, Julian has extensive knowledge of integrated property maintenance from safety and compliance to heating and plumbing as well as cleaning and security.

In the residential sector, there have always been lots of single service tradesmen and a number of property agents but we couldn’t understand why no-one provides a managed, integrated maintenance service for residential property …so in 2012 we set up Castle Acre.

Who We Work With - Our Customers

The Complete Home Management concept was originally designed for Home Owners and this is our core customer base; we create bespoke maintenance packages for homeowners based on an annual plan and a monthly fee.

With our understanding of business compliance and risk management, it soon became apparent that our model is exceedingly well aligned to business managers of residential property and we have therefore developed industry specific packages for property agents, RMAs and care homes. For every customer, we tailor a bespoke planned maintenance package coupled with call-out and call-off services to suit individual needs. From regular maintenance such as gardens and windows to one-off projects like landscaping and decorating, we offer packages and services for a wide range of owners; from homes to castles with many acres in between!

What We Do - Our Services

We provide property professionals and private homeowners alike with a fully integrated management & maintenance service.; Complete Home Management; So, how does it work?

  1. You confirm your needs and we complete a home safety, security and maintenance survey before providing a recommended service schedule.
  2. You agree your monthly budget plan & service schedule.
  3. Your Customer Service Manager, Jo will introduce your custodian(s) and contact you before each visit, to confirm planned work and ensure your satisfaction.
  4. You can make changes to your plan through liaison with Jo and we offer full support 6 days a week as well as emergency call-out if necessary.
  5. In addition to planned works throughout the year, typically our customers invite us to carry out projects based on discounted membership rates.
We have had a number of jobs that Castle Acre have undertaken for us and I wish we had found them years ago. An extremely polite and friendly team, fantastic communication, enthusiastic workers, who could ask for more?! Highly recommend.
